This visa is issued to citizens of Sweden traveling to India for medical purposes. A letter from the medical institution in India confirming your medical treatment in India is required. If you are under the age of 18, you must possess the original copy of your birth certificate. If you are traveling alone or with one of their parents, a document of consent should be signed by both parents/sponsors. A letter to the medical institution in India is needed. This letter must state the nature of the illness and why treatment is ill-suited elsewhere. Travel itinerary. Payment of medical treatment.
